BY USING OR ACCESSING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE.

As we update or expand, this Privacy Policy may change, with all changes being effective upon update. Please check back frequently for updates, as it is your sole responsibility to be aware of changes. Typically, we will indicate the effective/amendment date at the end of this Privacy Policy. If we feel it is appropriate, or if the law requires, we’ll also provide a summary of changes we’ve made near the end of the new Privacy Policy as well. 1: Information You Voluntarily Provide

Tracking Pixels: A web beacon or tracking pixel is a small piece of code used to render an image, but which may also be used to transfer and look up a unique user identification, allowing us to track your visits to our website. We use tracking pixels in both our webpages and certain emails.

Other Tools: We may also use a web server log or SDK. A webserver log is a file where website activity is stored. An SDK is a set of tools and/or code that we embed in our software to allow third parties to collect information about how people interact with our Services

As our site and services develop, we may implement additional methods to gather data.

3: Information Collected from Social Media and Content Platforms

We run pages on several social media platforms. When you interact with us and our posts in any way, we may collect some information about you. Depending on the platform, this information may include your name, username, email, as well as any material you post that is relevant to us. In cases where we run competitions, promotions or giveaways through social media, we will also collect your information if you sign up or enter said promotion.

In any cases where we publish any of this research data, said data will be anonymized and presented in an aggregate form. Business Partners: When you make purchases or engage in promotions offered through the Site or the Services that use third parties to deliver such products or Service, we may share your Personal Information with our business partners to offer you those products, services or promotions. When you elect to make a purchase or engage in promotions offered through the Site or the Services, you authorize us to provide your email address and other Personal Information to our business partners.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

This section covers some of the tracking tools and software we use.

Analytics: We may partner with selected third party vendors, such as Google Analytics, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Site through the use of first party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie), including Google Analytics for Display Advertising and Google AdWords. Integrated Advertising: Our websites may integrate certain third-party technologies that use cookies and similar systems to provide you with personally-relevant content and advertising. The adverts that you see may be based on various factors, including your interests, searches, past page visits, and the applications you use. In some cases, we may provide certain data to these third parties to improve the relevance and quality of these ads. This Privacy Policy does not cover how these third parties use cookies or track your data.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data from loss, theft, alteration, unauthorized access or misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. Any data disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized third parties. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your Personal Information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. The Site and the Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that Personal Information has been collected from a User under 13 years of age, we will take the appropriate steps to cause this Personal Information to be deleted from our records. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has registered with the Site or has otherwise transferred Personal Information to the Site, please contact us to have your child's account terminated and Personal Information deleted. While we will make sure the Personal Information is not publicly displayed on the Site, please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA)

The CCPA took effect on January 1, 2020, and is an act designed to protect the data of California residents, giving them certain rights over how their data is used. We respond to all requests that we receive from individuals who wish to exercise their data protection rights as laid out in the CCPA. Opting out from receiving marketing communications at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in any emails we send.

Every effort will be made to respond to a verified request within a reasonable time, or the time-frame required by law.

DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
